If any clause or provision of this agreement is determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future law, then, in that event, such clause or provision will be severed from this agreement without affecting the enforceability of all remaining clauses and provisions.

Illegality or unenforce-ability of any portion of this Agreement shall not affect the legality or enforce-ability of the entire Agreement.

Governing Law

The terms of this Agreement in its entirety shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Australia, namely with the law of New South Wales. Any dispute arising from this letter and disputes relating to this Agreement in any other way (including disputes about its conclusion, validity, performance or non-performance), shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Byron Bay.

Byron Shire Kase-Ha Shotokan Karate & Self Defence is committed to providing members, karatekas and their families, instructors and practitioners with the highest levels of service, including the protection of their privacy.

Your Personal Information

Personal information held by Byron Shire Kase-Ha Shotokan Karate & Self Defence may include your name, date of birth, current and previous addresses, telephone/mobile phone numbers, e-mail address and credit card details. If you choose not to provide such personal information (if required), Byron Shire Kase-Ha Shotokan Karate & Self Defence may not be able to provide you with the services you require, or the level of service on which we pride ourselves.
